Captain’s Report – Mixed A Season Review 2016-17

My first year as captain of the Farsley Badminton Leeds A Team and I have to say it’s not as easy as you think sorting everything out! That said, I did enjoy it despite it being a test of my organising skills.

We finished 3rd in Division 3 – an excellent result considering we had to pull in other players from the club (and beyond) on a number of occasions to cover a variety of absences.

I would like to say big thanks to all those who filled in at the last minute – Matt, Debs, Janice, Ian, Paul, Stephen, Kieran, Kirsty, and Derek.

Well done to regular players John, Lorraine, Mark, Sam, and Imogen (and myself of course!) – let’s see what next season brings.
